There is no single weight loss cure available which can help everyone. Diet plans can spread more widely if it enters into many other segments other than just diet market. so no one method is universal. There are many methods such as water method, high-protein diet, etc all of these methods are fat burners and helps to reduce weight. According to the water method one should drink more of water to satisfy the hunger pain which really is nothing but dehydration. High-protein diet helpe to supress the hunger appetite.
