I operate a series of different online firms which in their entirety earn me a substantially higher salary than I was able to ever realise working in an office. The number of hours I work are roughly the same but I do not have go to an office any longer, providing me with an increase in the amount of time I have to spend with my family. Things are much better for me now in terms of my family life and my bank balance.
Running many companies is a great sensation, but I have had to figure out methods of being more structured and working smarter. To look after my valued customers and the financial activities of my concerns, I use a small number of internet applications – you need superior small business management software to to save you time and let you focus getting and attending to customers. I own a Quickbooks login and a NetSuite login. I can operate these on demand services from wherever I might be and they enable me to monitor all of the customer and financial activities as they happen.
From my NetSuite login I am able to observe all of the events on my checkouts and track the return on investment of the Google Adwords marketing activities that send customers to my web stores. I have stopped using Microsoft Office which has been superceded by a Google Account that has all of the applications I need to do the job, including electronic mail, word processing and spreadsheets. I can operate these packages from on holiday or at home.
I have acquired new skills and learnt new methods, I have uncovered an amazing amount of free and amazing value for money content which I have enthusiastically studied. One of the most key lessons I have got to know is how to discover and farm out deadly work, to individuals who can do this quicker and at a lower cost. I can precisely identify the point at which I passed my income threshold to my uncovering of the upside of contracting out some of the operations taking up most of my time, to me increasing my cashflow to beyond that of my income whilst in permanent employment.
